LiT BANGKOK Residence ★★★★

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our two bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable, and came with a lot of amenities (kitchenette, microwave, WiFi, washer/dryer, clothing rack, fridge to name a few). The hotel staff were all courteous and always willing to help whenever needed. Their location is great as well, only a short walk to National Stadium station, and lots of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

The property size is big. Great for family or big group! A comfortable place to stay, the facilities is not old, modern and quite new! Clean! Safe place, convenient and near to MBK, Siam and all the foods and shopping area!

We had a very pleasant stay at LiT Bangkok residence. Had a huge suite with all the commodities, a comfy bed and a cosy balcony. The staff members, they were all super friendly and polite. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Room soundproof, the guests next door were very noisy and we were awaken by their child’s screams and whines for two consecutive nights. Other than this the property is located at a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Perfect place to explore Bangkok! Very well mantained, very clean, functional, with a good design. Recommend it especially for families! We choose the residence. It was great and big! Kids felt at home!

Only stayed here only one night. Very large appartment, Good location near to Jim Thompson House and all the famous shopping malls. Near to public transportation. Did'n t feel unsafe in the small alley that leads to the hotel.

No so much choice at breakfast, but it was nice (fresh marmalade and confiture). Small pool.

THEY WANT TO PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO THE SYSTEM EVEN YOU PUT YOUR PIN ON TERMINAL AND PAY. NO WAY. I STOPD THEM AS ALREADY SOME THAI PEOPLE STEALL MY MONEY. THEY FOLOW THE SECURITY LAW ABOUT CREDIT CARDS. THE WORST ROOM I EVER HAD. NOISY AND EVERYTHING BREAK. PHONE BROKEN AND MAKE CRAZZY NOISES. INTERNET VERY SLOW AND AFTER 10PM TOTALY STOPD EVERY DAY!!!! LIGHT IN MY BEDROOM FLASHING ALL THE NIGHT. I USKD THEM TO FIX ALL IN FIRST DAY WHEN I ARRIVED. NOBODY DID NOTHING FOR 5 NIGHTS STAYED THERE. I HAVE EVERYTHING ON CAMERA, AND I WILL PUT THEM ON YOUTUBE CHANNEL. THEN THE LAST DAY MANAGER COME TO MY ROOM. AND HE EXPLAIND ME THAT THEY KNOW THEY HAVE ALOT OF PROBLEMS IN THIS ROOM . I SAID ARE YOU SERIOUS THAT YOU KNOW THIS PROBLEMS HERE AND YOU PUT ME HERE? AND HE SAID YES. SO I WILL USK BOOKING TO GIV ME MONEY BACK OR SOME PART OF IT. THATS TOTALY CRAZZY. UNRESPECTFULL FROM THE HOTEL. I ALSO RECORDED THE AROGANT LADY ON RECEPTION WHEN I WAS CHEKING OUT. IT WILL BE NICE VIDEO FOR THE OWNER TO SEE HOW THE EMPLOYES BEHIVE WITH GUESS. I STAYED 5 NIGHTS AND WANTED TO EXTENDED FOR ANOTHER 6 NIGHTS. NO WAY. NEVER EVER IN THIS CRAP HOTEL. AVOID THIS PLACE. ROOM NUMBER 522 THE WORST ROOM. THEY SAID UPGRADE FOR BETTER ROOM. I DIDNT USK FOR ANY UPGRADE AND THEY PUT ME TO NO WORKING ROOM. BUT BIG MISTAKE AS THEY DIDNT KNOW IM YOUTUBER. IT IS ABOSLUTLY NOT TRUE REVIEW FOR THIS HOTEL HERE ON BOOKING.COM ITS ABSOLUTLY LIES.THE HOTEL PEOPLE EVEN USK PEOPLE ON RECEPTION TO PUT NICE REVIEW FOR THEM. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and decadent. They were faithfully cleaned each day.

The HDMI ports on the main TV were not easily accessible due to wall mount fittings. The bed room TV, however, did not suffer from this issue.

It's my third time staying at Lit Residence and the experience was great. The apartment was clean and facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient too!

The room is cozy n location is convenient to access to the major shopping malls. All staffs in the hotel are friendly and polite.

The view because there is a construction next it and is very noisy.

Spacious 1bedroom apartment with kitchen, laundry machine and big refrigerator. King-size bed. Good soundproofing. Complimentary daily bottles of water. 24/7 staff on-site. Very quiet location for such a bustling city. Very short walk to BTS.

Unheated pool is only sunny in the early afternoon. Rest of times, it's in the shade of the buildings around.

Big and spacious room.

The security of the place can be improved. There is no card key access for lift and staircase. On top of that, i hardly see security guard at lobby or outside the residence.

Slight smell in the toilet indicating possible drainage issues. Free Tuk Tuk to the nearest bts/mbk was advertised but not provided - staff said it was not available when I asked.

Love the spacious living room and toilet. Even comes with bathtub. Staffs were super helpful and polite. Less than 5 min walk to national stadium bts and 10 mins to Siam. Breakfast was great too, plenty of variety.

Wifi was a little slow.

Great with the washer and kitchenette. Has dish washing sponge and soap.

Dryer doesn't work very well, a waste of energy but at least we get to do laundry! Comes with laundry powder!
